Hi, I'm Gladeline (Gladel) Rufo (they/any). I'm a technical game designer from Los Angeles with BA in Interactive Entertainment from the University of Southern California (USC Games).
I bring strong mechanics design experience to teams, creating reactive features that enable players to play the way they want to. While working in interdisciplinary teams, I've been able to communicate and implement complex systems, interlocking mechanics, and character-driven gameplay effectively. My work ethic as a game designer is to have a holistic understanding of all disciplines involved in production.
